After we provide an assessment to determine what needs to be done, we create a tailored plan, but we typically have weekly calls via Zoom and several one-on-one calls with your staff regularly. And, of course, we communicate with unlimited email and texting.
Our fees are based on the size and needs of your team. We tailor design our services after you have taken our assessment. That is the best way for us to get started with you. We can provide our fees once we have that conversation. Saying that, using our services is much more cost effective than hiring a full-time employee.
We do it all the time! With technology, it's easy and fast to be in front of your staff, either as a group and individually. With Zoom video, we are able to meet consistently and move forward. And of course we plan for in-person visits.
Bringing us on to serve as your Executive Pastor can be an engagement that happens as long as it is a win-win for both you, the church staff, and us. We take very seriously the role we play and being a part of your culture is really important. You will likely get to a point that it makes sense to hire a full-time Executive Pastor, but until that time comes, bringing us on to fill in is a very strategic move.
